Best aspects of my stay were the friendly and welcoming staff, they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall, and museums. This made it easy to explore and visit attractions. Additionally, the room was clean, comfortable, and a good size, providing a pleasant stay overall.

Worst aspects of my stay were the small size of the rooms, which felt cramped and had too much furniture. Additionally, the amenities in the room were lacking, as there was only a continental breakfast available and no option for a full English breakfast as advertised.

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to Kensington station, which makes it convenient for exploring the surrounding museums and attractions. The residential area feels safe and offers a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can easily access Kensington Gardens, providing a lovely green space to relax and enjoy. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and quality toiletries. The helpful staff ensures a pleasant stay. Breakfast offers a good selection of options, and the hotel provides little touches like dressing gowns and water bottles.

Breakfast staff let down the hotel experience. There were multiple instances where I had to go to reception to ask for basic necessities because the catering staff were nowhere to be found.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms worked perfectly, which was a bonus. The continental breakfast provided was delicious, and the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were both lovely places to relax. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to friends.

Stayed at the Great comfy hotel during their recent decorating period. Although there were tins of paint in doorways, the temporary issue didn't affect my overall experience. The hotel's quiet, safe location just off Kensington High Street was fantastic. The continental breakfast included a brilliant selection of foods. The small safe, iron, and hairdryer provided in the room were convenient. I'll recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

The location of Kensington House was absolutely perfect for me as I was attending a show at The Royal Albert Hall. Being just a street away made getting there so convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room, although small, was well-designed and felt cozy, like a home away from home. The continental breakfast provided was satisfactory, although I would have liked a bit more variety. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Kensington House.
